Hokkaido is well known as a “Kingdom of Food”, where, blessed with fresh farm products, seafood, and dairy products, there is a lot of unique local cuisine.

In banquet, we will provide various dishes made of local ingredients; venison (Yezo-sika deer meat), red salmon, rice, and so on. In addition, we are going to arrange tasty “made-in-Hokkaido” beer and wine. The delicious dishes and drinks must promote friendly exchange among participants.
