Plant soil feedback is a good way to understand co-existence pattern of plant communities. However, researches most focused on the ecological function of the feedback while there is still a hole to test feedback's evolutionary consequence.

A greenhouse experiment is designed and will be done to uncover plant community feedback growing 3 plants species in a gradients of soils. 3 species are taking different nutrient acquisition strategies. Then, several plant traits and fitness will be calculate.
