The urban ecosystems have been affected by both global warming and urbanization. Especially the increase of air temperature directly affects the forest vegetation, phenology, and biodiversity in urban area. Thus, it is essential to more accurately assess the impact of climate change and prepare adaptation strategy of forest ecosystem in urban green space. The purpose of this study is to assess urban vulnerability to climate change. The degree in which a system is susceptible to, or incapable to overcome, the impact of climate change is referred to as vulnerability. It is determined by the sensitivity of the system and its adaptation. For this purpose, this study examined the impact of climate change on urban in the area of land use and green space using spatio-temporal information. As result of vulnerability assessment, we could determine that the urban green space plays an important role for mitigating urban heating in central area. Based on the spatial variation in vulnerability, we can suggest that the central and local governments need to prepare concentrated adaptation strategies for climate change.
